WOMEN'S SECTION R.S.A.
MONTHLY MEETING The monthly meeting of the Women's Section of the R.S.A. was held in Laurvig's Hall on Saturday evening. Mrs. C. Guerin presided over a good gathering of members. Mrs. E. Veale was welcomed as a new member and others present were Mesdames J. A. Easton, R. G.uinlan, Morris, Sell, Griffiths, Robertson, Moss, Roberts, Ritchie, Third, Peni, Sinclair and Miss Doreen Ritchie. After the usual business was completed, a competitkm arranged by Mrs. Easton was held. The competition was very novel and caused a great deal of worry to" members. A tray was arranged with some thirty articles and was on display to members for a time and was then covered over. The object of the competition was for members t j write down a list of the articles. Mrs. J. Sinclair proved to have the best memory. The bloom competition was won by Mesdames Third and Quinlan, who were equal for first place. Mrs. Sinclair is to be iu charge of the competition for the next meeting. The ladies later entertained the iuen members of the R.S.A. at supper.
