POLICE SEIZE LOAD OF KNIVES
Received Sundav, 11.40 p.m. NEW DELHI, Sept. 14. A Government communique says Bombay is outwardly quieter since tlie shooting incident yesterday. Only one stabbing was reported in eigbteen hours but tlie generai atmospliere did not retiect tbis improvement, the report added. A report from Alimadabad says a curfew has been enforeed since tlie outbreak of eoinniuiial disturbanees. The police seized a consignnient of more tlian 1000-knives from the Punjalr Avhen they were unloaded at Alimadabad railwav station.
