PALESTINE ARABS AND TALKS IN LONDON
NEW ATTEMPT TO PERSUADE ATTENDANCE Received Monday, 11 a.m. Jerusalem, Sept. 15. The chairman of une Arab Higher Committep, Jamal Husseini, after a talk with the Palestine High Commissioner, Sir Alan Cunningham, surnmoned Arab Higher executive meetings. They are beiieved to indicate that a new attempt is being made to persuade the PEElestine Arabs to attend the London conference.
