OUTLAWED UNDER OLD LAW

Reeeived Fridav, S.40 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 13. Under a 10th eentury Scottish law, the Glasgow High Court .has outlawed 25 year old William Blaekhurst for failing to appear for trial for alleged shopbreaking and safelilowing. It means he is no longer recognised as a eitizen, loses the laws of protection and can be arrested on sight by any man or woman.
