FORMER BELGIAN MINISTER IMPRISONED Received Friday, 10 a.m. BRUSSELS, Sept. 12. Accused of pro-German sympathies, Henri Deman, former Finance Minister and former president of the Socialist Party, has oeen sentenced to twenty years' imprisonment.
