STRIKE PARALYSES LUCKNOW
Received Friday, 10.30 a.m. LUCKNOW, Sept. 12. A lightning strike paralysed the city to-day. All city employees except electricity and waterworks are involved in the stoppage, which is a sequel to the arrest of two labour leaders charged with preaching violence. More labour leaders have been arrested since the strike beaan.
