TROOP CONCENTRATIONS NEAR BORDER
XEW YORK, Sept. 12. A secret report xeeeived at Istaribul from Vugoslavia, states that intensive military preparations and heavy eoneeutrations of Yugoslav troops are proceeding in the Vardar Yallev, the traditional invasion route to Salonika, says the Xew York Times ' Istanhul correspondent. Four new Russian equipped and trained YTigoslav divisions are reportedto have arrived in the valley early in August. In addition to the unusually large numher of troops already there, reinforceinents were identified at Strumitza, AIo nastir and Skoplje where an armoured division is also stationed. The New York Times ' Rome corres- ■ pondent reports that he is reliahly in- ] formed that Albania, in the last few 1 wecks, has been steadilv coneentrating large forces, ineluding two Russian in- 1 fantrv regiments, on the Greek border. ] Albanian troops, advised by the Rus- i sians, are strengthened with Russian 3 material ineluding fighters and a small 1 numher of medium tanks, mortars and machineguns. _ v
