General Albert W. T.

Orsborn, C.B.E., broadcasting in the British Broadcasting Corporation Overseas Service after his recent election as head of the Salvation Army. Born in September, 1886, eldest son of the late Reverend Albert Orsborn, of Toronto, Mr. Orsborn became a Salvation Army Officer in 1906.
