RUSSIANS MAKE PROTEST
TEACHING GERMAN CHILDREN SPORTS Received Wednesday, 11;.30 a.m. BERLIN, Sept. 1*0: The Russians have protested against the American-sponsored welfare programmes teaching G'erman children baseball, football and other sports. The Russians alleged that it violated the Allied regulations against regimented sports, which' might be regarded as quasfmilitary training. The Russians have also nrotested against ' providing Berliners with welfare packages from America, claiming it violated the agreement that Berliners should be fed through the Four Power food pool.
