The Coroner said he was unable to say that there was snllieient -evidence to prove that eilher Carr or .Morris, who wero present in eustody, was guiMv oi tlie eriine wliieh ean.-ed tlie death of the two nien, Sheargold and Dew. Recordiug his liiiding, Ihe Coroner said hoth virtinjs had siiiislantial police l ecords. lle thought the persons in eustody knew a good deal mere than thev had toid ihe police. Mrs. Morris, who yesterday was commited to eustody for contempt when she refused to give evidence or answer questious, appeared today again and refused to answer questions. Later t'arr and Morris appeared on reinand in the (leelong Court charged with murder and were again reiuanded.
