Qnestioned by Mr. Luxford, sub r nspector Forsythe, who prosecuted, said he had no further evidence to oH'er. "T will have to dismiss the case unless you can show me who was driving the car," said Mr. Luxford. Mr. Luxford said: "Well, this young man in on his trial herc today and is entitled to hear all the evidence brought against him.
