Meniber .were invited from surfo.undmc ' jbranches from Palmerston Nortb to Wellington, tncluding I.owei Hutt. making a large crowd in all Dancing was cnjoyed throughou the evening, the spirited musi being supplied by Norman Izetts Orehestra from Wellington. During the evening Mr. Petr Elliott. chairman of the Otaki — T Roro branch. took the opportunity of welcoming tlic visitors from tlif • various branchcs, and briefly rccalled the happy times spent iri their company on past occasion^ Chairmcn of ihe visiting branche.sujtably replied and expressed th> desire for an other evening such athat in the near future. A vcry enjoyable home-made supper wa 1 served and much appreciated bV Uie company. The evening ecncludcd wil.li dnnring and the sing ing of Auld Lang Syne.
