moscow radio's allegation Received Monday, 11 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 1. Moscow radio, quoting the newspaper Pravda, repeats the allegation that Britain .and Ameriea are supplying Turkey with arms and materials. The radio adds: "The British are reinforcing the Turkish navy and air force, puilding airfields and strategic roads in Turkey and training Turkish troops. These are generally-known facts."
