Barnes Mr. George Hall is insutliciently strong to deal with such proiilems as Palestine 1 but may be reprieved because tiie Foreign Oliice is handlitig' that difficultv. 1 -Mr. Bevin's health is reasonably good and Mr. Attlee does not lieed to lind a new foreign secrotary.
