Received Friday, 11.15 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 30. The American Control Commission has announced that having failed after many months in an effort to gain a share of the Russian- controlled radio in Berlin, it has decided to establish its own broadcasting stations for the germans, says the Associated Press' Berlin correspondent. The station will be one kilowatt, compared with Berlin radio's 100. It will cover only Berlin and a short radius outside the city.
