The na-tions whieh were invited to send observers to the meeting on Septembor 27, of the Board of Goveruoia of the World Bank and Internationai Monetary Fund, whieh is expected tu take major stops to get the Bank aria Fund into aetive operation, are Russia, New Zealand, Australia, Colombia, Liberia, Haiti and Venezuela, all of whieh signed articles of agreement drafted at Bretfon Woods, but have so far failed to entor into full participation of tne Bank and Fund.
