NAPIER, August 26. The Minister of Works announced to daj' details of a ten-year plan for the Hawke's Buy and Poverty Bay areas. The works include extensive bridge building, highways ituprovenienl. and afforestation as well as nia.jor pulilic works affecting the hydro-electric. sup ply. There is provision for housing and also the replaceinent of the old existing Government buildings in some eentres and the provision of new ones where required. Other works iheludc eivic amenities, transport serviees drainage sehemes and the devel()])ment oi' Napier harbour.
