Delegates leapecl to their feet, shouced and shook their lists when a red flag embo.ssed with tlie hammer, siekle anu star, was thrown at Mr. K. Bolton, chairman and Btate President of the Returned Boldiers' League, during tne annual Congress today. Mr. Frank Browne, the delegate wiio threw the flag, was later censured by Congress. Ilis action came after his motion to suspend the stauding orders. to discuss a motion on' communisin, was defeated. "Put that among the other flags. it isi all you deserve, ' ' he said and left the hall, tearing his badge from his iapel as he did so. This was the third time that moves to bar Coramunists from the League haa been declared out of order.
