A second attempt to bring before the Returned Soldiers' League Wtate Con gress, the question of the eligibility ot Conununists for menibersliip, was blocked by the chairman, Mr. K Bolton, today, amid an uproar. When a delegate rose to reintroduce the question, Mr. Bolton ordered the microphone to be switched oif. "This matter was dealt with yesterday,'" said Mr. Bolton. "It ap pears to me an attempt is being made tc turn this eongress into a veliicle to in fluence the comiug election."
