STEAMER REPORTED SINKING
NINE SURVIVORS PICKED UP Receiyed Thursday, 10 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 21. The steamer Mount Douglas Park is reported to be sinking off Preparis Island, off the coast of Burma in the Indian Ocean. Nine survivors have been picked \ip and the owners state that there is every chance of the remaining thirty-seven of the shib's com'plement being rescued.
