An explanatorv memorandum states that marriages with certain relalives are still prohibited in New Zealand although they are Javvful in Engiand. There is eoiisequently a danger that p»r sons who know the law of Engiand will innocently contraet marriages in New Zealand wliieh were void under our law Some such marriages have already been cont racted.
