JAP WAR CRIMINAL HANGED

Received "Wednesday, 11.15'- a.m. ■ YOKOHAMA, Aug. 13. ' Captain Isao Fukuhara, former commander of a prisoner-of-war camp, was hanged at Sugamo Prison for war crimes against Allied prisoners. He is the second war criminal to be hanged after conviction by the Eighth Army Commission.
