Received Wednesday, 10.30 a.m. WARDA, Aug. 13. The president of the Congress Party, Pandit Nehru, has sent a letter to the president of the Moslem League, Dr. Jinah, seeking the co-operation of the Moslem League in the formation of an interim government for India.
