A UNA CARTER RECIPE i These popular pastry squares are easy to make. Take 6 oz. Fetheri Flake Puff Pastry. (You buy it. ready mixed, then JUST ROLL AND • BAKE). 3 oz. Chopped Apples: 3! oz. Cakc Crumbs; 1 oz. sugar; 2 oz. seedecl raisins; \ teaspoon Vanilla Essence. Grated rind and juice of; iialf a Lemon. 1 beaten sgg. Roll the Fether-Flake out into a; square. Mix other ingredients well ! together; spread on one-half of paste; fold over other half. Bakc . in a fairly hot oven for half an hour (reduce heat) . When cooked j cut in squares. ei Fether-Flake is freshly made by! \dams Bruce only and sold straiarht! from the refrigerator. Allow Fether-Flake to stand a while before using.
