The Federal Bureau of Investigation has identified several members of the mob fesponsible for the lynching of four negroes at Monroe (Georgia) last inouth, says the Washington.Post. Evideuee leading to the complete round-up of the partici'pants is expected to be placed shortly before. the State Gover nor (Mr. Arnall) and the Federal Attor-ney-General (Mr. Clarlc). Apparcntly tliere were two mobs involved. One group guarded another road which the party might beve used.
