HOROWHENUA JUNIORS
At a meeting of the management committee of the Horowhenua Rugby Union last evening, it was announced that the following junior representative team had been selected: — Backs: H. Ropata (Wanderers), D. Phillips (Otaki), G. Sciascia (Wanderers), J. Casey (Pram. A), T. Winiata (Wanderers), P. Barrett (Foxton) and W. Lay (Foxton). Emergencies : J. Carter (Foxton) and M. Graham (Wanderers). Forwards : A. Ballantyne (Pram. A), P. Boyle (Foxton), K. Wilton (Rahui), M. Richardson (Foxton), G. Bryant (Waimeha), D. Corner (Pram. A), M. Jenkins (Foxton) and R. Jones (Wanderers). Emergencies: N. Gray (Otaki) '-and D. Dalzell (Waimeha) . The secretary (Mr. J. A. Zuppicich) reported that he had been advised that G. Sciascia would not be available for the match, and it was decided to inform the selectors immediately.
