Received Thursday, 11 a.m. BOSTON, July 31. The coastguard rufehed anti-toxin and other medical supplie's hy air to the troopship Cplhy Victory, which is off New Fpundland en route to England, on which diphtheria has bfoken out. One passenger is dead and an epidemic is feared.
