THE BUDGET
WELLINGTON, July 30. Altkough tlie exact date for the preservation of the Budget has not yet heen fixed, the Minister of Finance, Hon. W. Nash, said tonight in reply to an inquiry, that he hoped to introduce it on Augnst 8 or August 15.
