CLOAK FACILITIES AT DANCE
"HAD IT."
Sir, — May I through your coH umns voice my disapproval of something which happened last Saturday night, not only to myself but many others also. I attended a dance at Ohau, and on entering the so-called cloakroom found that all the pegs were taken. I was obliged to do the best i could, which was to lay my coat on some forms. That Was alright," Sir, but when supper came the fb'frns were required, so the coats were either placed in a heap on the floor or jammed on top of others; the result — jiist a big mix-up. At midnight when the dance finished there Were coats all over the floor and men walking on them. I have never seen anything like it. Could not something be done? I for one do not mind paying a little extra to have the satisfaction that my hat and coat are safe and not beine walked OVel\ Yours etc..
