ACTIVITIES AT BUCKLEY For the fifth consecutive weekend, rain marred the afternoon competitions at Buckley last Saturday, when a stableford was held. ..Rain started to fall before play i commenced, and many players did | not venture out of the clubhouse and others withdrew after completing the first nine holes. The jscores of those who completed the competition were as follows: E. Wilson 27, H. Karena 26, C. Young ; 27, C. Booker 25, W. Stern 34, H. i Stern 28, R. Dowfies 20, R. Birch 27, l V. Picard 29 and F. Ficard 33.
