HIGHEST BIRTH RATE FOR 21 YEARS

Received Sunday, 7 p.m. LONDON, July 27. The Registrar-General has announced the highest birtlirate in Britain for 21 years, namely 203,797 recorded for April, May and June. The numher of illegitimate' births for the first quarter of the year, was 14,577, which is 3061 below the corresponding period for 1945.
