SIR BRUCE FRASER ATTENDS CELEBRATIONS Received Monday, 10.20 a.m. . . MOSCOW, July 28. Admiral Sir Bruce Fraser attended the Soviet Navy Day celebrations at Khimi port. In Moscow he exchanged courtesy calls with the Red Navy commander and visited Lenin's tomb.
