Received Fridav, 7 p.m. TjOXDOX, Julv 26. Xew Zealaud will be represented ut the Congres.s of United Xations Fexlerations in Luxemburg, by ^Mr. U. C. Aikman, of Palmerston Xorth. The purpose of the Congress is to form a Federatioa of Assoeiations. It will be held coincidenlally with the Paris Peace Uonference and will be attended by representati ves of nearly 30 nations ineluding ihe United Kingdom. United States, France, Cliina, Australia, Uanada and South Africa. Austria and Italv will also be represented. Unesco, Unrra, I.L.O., W.F.T.U., L.W.U.A. and the Tnternational Cooperative Allianee, will be among the international organisations also to be represented.
