FOUR LEADING COMMIINISTS Received Tuesday, Noon LONDON, July 22. The United States military police irt MLtnich have arrested four leading members of the Communist Party, says the American News Service in Germany, quoting a Communist Party statement. A United States headquarters spokesmen said that one Communist, Ludwig Ficker, who was secretary to the Bavarian Ministry of the lnterior, was being released tmmediately as his arrest was due t?6' ; J> a'j',jl 'niikti'nderstan'ding. The spokesman did not corriment on the arrest of the three other State and mimicipal officers.
