Received Mondav, 9.15 p.m. NEW YORK, July 21. j The Herald Tribune's Paris corjrespondent reports .that, the draft iPeace Treaties for Italy, Bulgaria, iRumania, Hungary a'hd Finland jprovide #that those States will be jstripped of every means of waging !effective warfare and weakened to jthe extent that they can be conitrolled easily by the United jNations. j The correspondent says the following limitations are imposed: — Italy— Army: 185,000 and 65,000 carabinieri, 200 heavy and medium tanks. Navy: The old battleships Doria and Duilio, the cruisers Luigi Di Savoia, Duca Degli Abruzzi, Guiseppi Garibaldi, Rairiiondo, Monte Cuccoli and Luigi Cadorna, 22,500 officers and men. , Air Force: 200 fighter and reconnaissance planes, no bombers, 25,000 men. Rumania — Army: 55,000 not including ack-ack troops. Navy: 15,000 tons, 5000 men. Air Force: 8000 men, 150 planes of which 100 may be combat aircraft, no bombers.
