EFFECTS OF RATIONING Received Menday, 11.45 a.m. LONDON, July 21. Some diners out to-day, whick was fhe first day on which bread became a separate course in restauraiits, took their oWfl bread. A party of five in a London restauraiit were scen to produce honie-cut bread. They were therejy enabfed to order a iiormal threecourse meal. The majority of ainers, however, went Without bread, and a quarter of the usUal amount was setved in London restaurants. . Diners with their own bread were seen throughout the country.
