GREY.MOUTII, July 15. The crews of two steamers, the Poolta coal laden for Wellington and the Foxton timher laden for Patea, stated this morning tliey would not put to sea on Mccount if the dispute regarding lighting and lu'iitiiig .of the crews' quarters on coastal vessels. Botli vessels, however, would have been unable to sail today as they.arc bar bound until soundings beeome favourable. Other vessels in port are (iabriella and Holmlea whose crews liave not indicated unwillingness to put to sea. The seamen will iiold a meeting tomorrow when the bar will be sounded.
