Itubber was not very scarce now and by the time production connnenced there should be amplo for Now Zealand 's requirements. It had been staLed, -Mr. Keid said, that the New Zealand nmrket could not support the three tyre factories which were being built. The planned yearly production of these factories, however, would be sliglitly less than the tyre requirements of New Zealand in 1938.
