The sale was conducted at the farm, Levin, by the New Zealand il,oan and Mercanile Agency Co., Ltd. Competition was keen ana . almnst a total clearance was effected of the offering, which consisted of 14 mature tested cows, seven inealf heifers, four yeariing heifers and three bulls. Top price of the ^ale was 82i guineas paid by , Messrs. F. J. Moifatt and Soil> oi Vlessrs. F. J. Moffat and Son, of j OrGUa Downs, for the ris'ing hine.i rismg four-year cow, "Pa View Subbles," brought 80 guineas, the purchasers being Messrs. Finlay Bros., of Rotorua.
