Received Wednesdav, 9 p.m. SYDXEY, July 10. Two more Sydney foundries are heing sniped at hy the new strike technique of organised resignatious. Yesterday employees of oue foundrv introduced a plan to withdraw their lahour hy the weekly resignatious of four 111 ea. 1 A ballot was hehl to determiue whicli nien would resign first and following that eight tendered their resignations. Three more gave notice ratiier than take part in the ballot. The idea appears to he to eircumvent the Arhitration Courl ruling that a mass resignation would be regarded as a. strike.
