GREEK UNITS ROUT BANDITS Received Tuesday, 11.30 a.m. ATHENS, July 8. Greek units routed bandits and released soldiers taken prisoner •vhen an army camp was raided itar Kilkis, where a clash occurred >e„ween an armed Communist band and' Go-vernment forces on July 7. A number of the bandits are Bulgarians, and the remnants are reported to be fleeing over the Bulgarian border. Earlier it was stated that the bodies of 16 Greek soldiers who were killed in fighting between Government troops and an armed band of Communists near Kilkis, in western Macedonia, were found near the scene of the clash. The total number of soldiers killed was known to be 23. Seven members of the armed band were captured by Government forces. - .
