OTAKI BOWLING CLUB
MEETING OF COMMITTEE A meeting of the newly-elected committee of the Otaki Bowling CIud was held on Thursday night, when all members were present. The president (Mr. W. Wiison j occupied the chair. The business of the evening was the consideration of a pian. drawn by Mr. H. H. Olliver, for alteration to the present pavilion. The plan was carefully considered and various suggestions were made for improvements, including the emarging of rooms and the matter of a more up-to-date locker-room. • It was decided to submit the plan to the Otaki Borough Council and to make application for the necessary building permit. The plan will also be submitted to Mr. Olliver, wlio was unable to be present at the meeting, with the proposed alterations. The question of a green superintendent Ivill have early consideration. ______________
