B.S.A. MEMOBIAt I1ALI, The progress of the' memorial hall project was reviewed at a meeting of the campaign commit- . tee of the Levin R.S.A. last evening. Mr. H. J. Lancaster presided over a large attendance. Apoloeies for absence were received from Messrs H. B. Burdekin, II. G. Mackay, W. Copping, L. and J. Allen and Dr. S. J. Thompson. \ The monthly financial statement was read and it' showed that the total of donations, moneys promised, danee proceeds, etc., was now £5358 9s lOd. The statement was adopted. It was stated that the proceeds of the Levin Racing Club's recent meeting, which have been so generously donated to the" memorial hall fund, would be available at the next meeting of the campaign committee. A programme committee was set up to arrange activities for the next twelve months. The next meeting will be held on August 12.
