HEAVY FLOODS IN WAIRARAPA

— Press Association

By Telegraph

MASTERTON, July j. Southerly rain for three days caused heavy flooding in various parts of the Wairarapa. Slips on some roads temporarily interfered with traffic, particularly in the Tinui district, where the mai! service car is still unable to get through to Masterton, being held up between Castle Point and Tinui. Little damage is reported generally.
