LEVIN'S MONTIILY MEETING Mr. M, Rolston presided over a la-rge attenihjnape/ ^t;Vjthe monthly. meeting of tiie; LeViri' Young Farmers' Club. Several apologies were received. Arrangements were completed for a fjeld day at the Wallaceville Research Station. A committee was set up to arrange a debate with the Otaki Y.F.C. at the next meeting. A seven-a-side fdotball team from the club is to be entered in a tournament to 'be held in Palmerston North in July. Mr. Lithgow, of the Departm,ent of Agriculture, Palmerston North, showed some interesting films, including one of the recently-held educational week in Palmerston North. Others were shown of power mechanisation of British farms and Canada and its farms. There was also a film dealing with the eradication of rats on British farms, Members of the Junior W.D.F.U. were also present to see the films. The pext meeting will be held on July 4.
