Jepson nave returned to Otaki after an enjoyable tour of the Auckland district. No Rugby To-Morrow There will be no rugby football games on the Otaki Domain to^morrow. This decision was reached yesterday as a result of the large amount of rain which has fallen during the week. The Horo whenua Rugbn Union has the use of the domain for the season at the pleasure of the Otaki Borough Council, which reserves the right to say when the ground is not in a fit con- , ditton for play. The council has properly exercised that right for this Saturday.
