The famine in cigarette papers throughout Australia is so serious that the Minist.er of Customs, Mr. Fraser, has agreed to permit the import of papers into the country. The cigarette paper shprtage has overshadowed evon that . of tobaceo. Illegal factories have been discoverea and the operators fined. Heavy cigarette smokers who have been able to get reasonable supplies of tubaeeo but no papers, have boen reduced to roJling cigarettes with other hinds of domesuc paper, ....
