Sister' Pamela Swift, round wliom the Kempsey Hospital dispute has centred, has been reinstated by order of the Hospital Commission, "without making any admissions and without prejudice j to the board," pending u hearing of the j dispute in the Arbitration Coui't. This followed a- statement by tlie! senior Conciliation Commissioner (Mr. j E. J. Kilpatrielc) that Sister Swift 's dismissal was unwavranted. j
