WEEK-END GOLF
BUCKLEY CLUB ACTIVITIES In spite of the cold weather crver the week-end, there was a good gathering on the Buckley golf links on Saturday, when a stroke competition was held.. The cards which were handed in were as follows: — W. Stern 71, V. Picard 75, H. Pope 78, H. Stern 78, R. Harding 7, F. Picard 80, J. Bell 80, C. Booker 82, R. S. Downes 85 and B. Harris 89. On Sunday, a team representing the Buckley Club travelled to Levin, where they spent an interesting and delightful day of golf.
