JMr. .lustice Lazure explained tiiat .Mrs. Woikin, who had previQusly pleaded guilty to contraveiiiiig.. the Ofhcial Kecrets Act, received the highest sentence because there was less reason for her not testifving. (All four refused to testify in the Kose ease, and later threh declined 011 the ground that their evidence niight be prejudicial to their own cases. ) Before the sentence was imposcd Kose tohi the Court: "1 have never done anything against the interest of 111 y country. I still sav I am innocent."
